Sizing & Fit
The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. What should I do?
If your ring feels slightly loose, use the complimentary silicone ring size adjuster included with your order. The more you wrap around the base of the ring, the more secure the fit becomes.

How do I choose the right size?
Follow our step-by-step Ring Size Guide.
If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size. Measuring at the end of the day usually provides the most accurate result.
If you’re unsure, contact us before placing your order and we’ll help you determine the best fit.
Do you offer custom sizing?
We keep sizes 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 ready to ship.
If your size isn’t listed, select “Custom Size” at checkout. Custom sizes, including half sizes, require an additional 10 days of production before dispatch.
Custom-sized rings are made to order and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Do you offer resizing?
We do not currently offer resizing. Please refer to the Ring Size Guide before ordering or contact us for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Shop Pay.
Checkout is processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment system.
Can I buy a ring as a gift if I don’t know the size?
Yes.
If you’re unsure of the exact size, the average men’s sizes are 9 and 10. The average women’s sizes are 6 and 7.
If the size isn’t correct, refer to our Returns & Exchanges page to arrange a size exchange.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All Jack Sterling rings arrive in our custom packaging, designed to present the piece properly. Clean, minimal and ready to gift.
Can I return or exchange my ring?
Yes.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes!
We ship to USA, UK, Europe, Canada & Australia.
We cover all taxes, duties & fees for each region, so there will be no additional costs upon arrival.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free worldwide express shipping on every order.
How long will delivery take?
Australia: 1–3 business days via Australia Post Express.
USA: 4–7 business days via DHL Express.
UK: 4-6 business days via DHL Express.
Canada: 5-8 business days via DHL Express.
Europe: 5-9 business days via DHL Express.
Delivery times may vary for remote or regional locations. Please note that shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
Materials & Craft
What are your rings made from?
All Jack Sterling rings are crafted from 925 sterling silver.
Sterling silver contains 92.5 percent pure silver and is selected for its strength, clarity and durability.
Are your rings handmade?
Yes.
Each design is developed by hand and cast in small batches on Australia’s East Coast. Every piece is finished by hand, resulting in subtle variations from ring to ring.
Do your rings tarnish?
Sterling silver can naturally develop tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture and skin oils.
Tarnish does not damage the ring and can be removed with a silver polishing cloth or appropriate silver cleaner.
Regular wear often helps maintain brightness, as natural friction reduces surface oxidation.
Do your rings come with a warranty?
All rings are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover general wear, accidental damage or misuse.
